Totally agree — I had the exact problem and solved it by updating the driver. Took me longer than expected that parameter.
SystemAdmin: YMMV, but in practice — Zigbee works great for this use case.

Honestly, I'd recommend Home Assistant over Hubitat for reliability. Note that the tradeoff.
